We run 22 trade outlets across Ireland and continue to expand our online presence with vending technology, scanners, and social media marketing. Our Direct Sales Force is the largest in Ireland, driving customer support across automotive aftermarket, engineering & MRO, construction, renewables, and consumer sectors. In Limerick we employ over 70 support staff in sales, marketing, finance, customer services, purchasing, HR, and logistics.
Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
* Promote our multi‑channel offering across shops, online, telesales, and systems.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industry.
* Develop and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
* Demonstrate product knowledge and provide tailored recommendations.
* Conduct sales demonstrations, deliver quotations, and highlight benefits to secure sales.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer needs.
* Plan and manage the territory effectively in consultation with the Area Sales Manager.
* Maintain accurate customer and order information using the iPad "Speedy" system.
Qualifications
* Sales experience desirable but a willingness to learn and eagerness to work is essential.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn‑house systems.
* Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Full clean driving licence.
