Cpl is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment processes in Cork. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The successful candidate will work onsite 3 days a week as part of our recruitment team.We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver successful hiring outcomes in line with KPIs and SLAs.
