Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Ensure the quality and accuracy of people systems data; troubleshoot and escalate any issues.
* Coordinate and manage the procurement calendar across the HR function, liaising with procurement and legal teams as needed.
* Monitor and manage CRM/tender systems, ensuring timely delivery of HR projects and contracts.
* Lead or support HR projects including process improvement, transformation, and policy implementation.
* Maintain and update HR risk registers, compliance documents, and audit responses.
Liaise with risk, compliance, and audit teams on best practices and internal reviews, ensuring GDPR compliance across HR records, systems, and document management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in HR operations, data/reporting, or compliance.
* Strong Excel and reporting skills (Power BI, HRIS, or dashboarding tools a plus).
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to cross-team collaboration.
