As a Site Manager at BHA, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our construction projects, particularly in the field of apartment construction. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Management: Lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and by quality standards.
2. Team Leadership: Manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Provide clear direction and motivation to ensure project goals are met.
3. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process. Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify issues promptly.
4. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating all activities to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
5. Safety Compliance: Prioritize safety on the construction site. Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
6. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, clients, and senior management. Provide regular project updates and address any concerns or inquiries.
7. Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
