Project Management Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability standards are met, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery on time and within budget;
* Lead the construction team in all aspects of the MEICA scope of works;
* Liaise closely with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution;
* Facilitate the coordination role of the PSDP for live projects with internal and external designers;
* Represent the company as PSCS on live sites within your remit and coordinate all required documentation;
* Monitor project performance, mitigate risk, and manage opportunities;
* Report on monthly project performance to the framework manager;
* Build and promote industry-leading teams by providing training and mentoring of staff;
* Seek to improve the project delivery process through lessons learned feedback and innovative solutions;
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the water and wastewater industry;
* Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering or Level 8 Honours Degree in Environmental Science or Chemistry with extensive industry experience;
* Working knowledge of programme management software such as Microsoft Project;
* Ability to use own initiative, problem solve, and adjust as issues arise during project delivery;
* Strong communication skills with a high level of motivation;
* Full Driving License;
