Project Coordinator Role
The position of Project Quantity Surveyor is a crucial part of our team in Dublin.
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the commercial team across various project stages, managing day-to-day commercial and contract activities on live projects.
Key responsibilities include handling contract administration, budget management, cost plans, and feasibility studies, as well as supporting subcontract procurement, reviewing and validating subcontractor payments, and preparing accurate monthly Cost Value Reports.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics, with familiarity with contracts like NEC, RIAI, or FIDIC being an advantage. You should possess strong numerical and reporting skills, be commercially aware, and have excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day commercial and contract activities on live projects
* Handling contract administration, including change management and maintaining registers
* Assisting with budget management, cost plans, and feasibility studies
* Supporting subcontract procurement, including negotiations and scope clarity
* Reviewing and validating subcontractor payments and final accounts
* Preparing accurate monthly Cost Value Reports
* Submitting monthly valuations with clear supporting documentation to maximise cash flow
* Drafting and submitting Final Accounts, including handling claims
* Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the design team
* Making sure all commercial procedures are followed
