Requirements and Qualifications:
* NMBI registration as a Registered Nurse, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant field, with a strong focus on leadership and management.
* Managerial qualification (level 6 National Framework of Qualifications), demonstrating expertise in healthcare administration.
* Demonstrated experience working in older persons care or nursing home care, with a commitment to delivering person-centered services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Fluent English language proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland, with a valid work permit or visa.
