About Your New Job As the Senior Finance Analyst you will: Co-ordinate and consolidate month-end results, providing variance analysis to forecast and annual plans. Work with global business services, divisional finance teams, and local finance teams to ensure efficient month-end close. Consolidate quarterly and annual operating plan submissions, and communicate variance analysis to leadership. Prepare and consolidate monthly balanced scorecard summaries and provide insightful commentaries. Provide financial support through comprehensive review, lead forecasts and budgets, and offer financial appraisal support. Maintain effective control systems ensuring compliance with Corporate Policy, SOX, and GAAP. Assist with finance and business priority projects and support the FP&A Senior Manager on ad-hoc projects. What Skills You Need Level 8 Honors Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a relevant discipline. Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA) with 5+ years post-qualified experience. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is advantageous. Expert level financial system and Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.
