About the Role

You will report to the Line Manager and lead a diverse team of social care workers, nurses, and care assistants. Your leadership will ensure that daily operations align with Aurora's values and vision, maintaining a high standard of care and professional best practices.

* Lead and support a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional, person-centred care.

* Act as a primary liaison with families, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders.

* Oversee daily operations, ensuring that care services align with regulatory standards and best practices.

* Work collaboratively with the Line Manager in key decision-making processes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

* A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Care, or Nursing (Intellectual Disability, Psychiatric, General, or Children's).

* A relevant Management qualification.
">
* CORU registration (where applicable).
">

Requirements
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A full, clean driving license and own transport (manual).
">
* At least 3 years' experience in a managerial health care role.
">
* Knowledge of HIQA standards and certification.
">
* Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
">
* Proven leadership ability and experience in resource planning.
