Job Summary
We seek an experienced IT infrastructure specialist to administer and manage our Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune and conditional access. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows Server infrastructure, including Remote Desktop Services.
* Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
* Administer and maintain Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.
* Support and troubleshoot Windows Server infrastructure, including Remote Desktop Services.
* Monitor and support virtual infrastructure; experience with VMware is highly valued.
* Maintain and implement firewall configurations, including rule sets and VLANs.
* Ensure endpoint and network security, backup processes, patching, and compliance requirements are met.
* Proven experience administering Microsoft 365, including tenant-level administration.
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Remote Desktop environments.
* Deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.
* Experience in network infrastructure support, including switching, routing, and VLAN management.
