Senior Devices Manager
We are seeking an experienced Devices Manager to shape the future of mobile technology at our company. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of our devices and product portfolio across consumer and business segments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing technology ranges/portfolios for telecoms or multiples. They will also possess excellent partnership management skills for internal and external stakeholders, as well as strong ability to translate hardware, service, and technical features into customer benefits.
This is a high-impact role that requires adaptability to fast-paced change of vendor partner roadmaps and ability to cascade effectively. The successful candidate will have a high-level understanding of EU and local regulations and how these shape product portfolios.
In this role, you will manage all product vendor relationships and lead vendor roadmap strategies and outlook for our company. You will develop our vendor strategy in association with senior commercial managers and align portfolio decisions with company strategy, customer demographics, and market trends across smartphones, broadband, and ecosystems.
You will also support product launches and go-to-markets in collaboration with trading, insights, supply chain, and wider business. This includes product launches across all channels, marketing support, and performance tracking. Additionally, you will maintain strong awareness of vendor and group strategies, aligning with network development plans to ensure relevant device support.
The skills we are looking for include experience in developing and executing technology ranges/portfolios for telecoms or multiples. A passion for technology, mobile devices, consumer products, and being future-focused is essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required, as well as the ability to present a clear strategic outlook for the business.
