 
        Job DescriptionAramark are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor responsible for developing and executing catering solutions to meet customer needs. Facilitate the delivery of prepared food created from an event-specific work order or in a room service environment.Location: Middleton IDL DistilleryJob ResponsibilitiesEnsure the day-to-day food service is delivered in line with contractual need to include any dining activity, bar service, cleaning servicesSupervise the delivery of hospitality bookings daily ensuring that they meet the sponsor/ customers' needs and are presented in the best lightEnsure all team members are coached, mentored and trained to undertake their daily tasks to meet the business needEnsure effective management of consumables and sundries associated with delivery and undertake regular and accurate stock checks as requiredPlace orders to support the delivery using the correct and approved suppliersAct up in the absence of the Mess Services Manager to support weekly financial reports and payroll as necessaryEnsure teams carry out stock rotation and assist with stock checks as requiredEnsure daily cleaning standards of all service areas utilising health checks and assurance toolsSupport and on occasions lead the delivery of evening hospitality events covering various styles and themesEnsure teams follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirementsUndertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role including classroom and eLearning basedQualificationsSome previous supervisory experience desirable in a food services or retail environment.
