Cyber Compliance Analyst Location: Dublin Type: Full-Time | €38,000 - €50,000 DOE A growing technology-focused organisation is looking to add a Cyber Compliance Analyst to its internal security team.
This role is ideal for someone with early experience in data protection, governance, or cybersecurity compliance who wants to build deeper expertise in regulatory requirements, frameworks, and internal audit activity.
You'll work closely with multiple departments, helping maintain documentation, support audit cycles, and ensure that the business continues to operate in line with recognised security and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and update internal compliance documentation, policies, and frameworks.
Support the rollout of security and regulatory requirements across the organisation.
Assist with internal audits, collecting evidence, and ensuring accurate reporting.
Work with technical teams to align internal processes with recognised standards.
Help track risks, findings, and remediation activities.
Monitor changes in security regulations and contribute to ongoing improvements.
Support business units in understanding compliance requirements and ensuring consistent implementation.
Skills & Experience 1-2 years in cybersecurity compliance, data protection, governance, or a similar field.
Strong documentation, reporting, and organisational skills.
Understanding of security frameworks or regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, etc.).
Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Certifications such as GDPR Practitioner, Internal Auditor, or similar are beneficial.
