Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our luxurious, five-star Relais & Châteaux establishment in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations in our Landline restaurant, bar, Garden Rooms, and room service.
* Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain the highest standards of service and quality.
* Assist in training and mentoring food and beverage staff, upholding luxury brand values.
* Monitor and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and menu knowledge.
* Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
* Maintain inventory control and ensure efficient stock management.
* Enforce compliance with company policies and conduct regular team briefings and training sessions to enhance service excellence.
* Assist in planning and executing special events that showcase our luxury brand values.
