Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing administrative support, with a focus on coordination, reporting, and systems management. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement yearly plans that meet emerging needs and funders' criteria. • Deliver agreed-upon programs of activities supporting student progression to Further and Higher Education. • Organize talks and presentations promoting HE alternative pathways in collaboration with HE institutes and community partners. • Consult with school staff, voluntary agencies, statutory bodies to develop initiatives for school retention promotion. Essential Criteria: • Relevant qualification in education or administration is desired along with minimum three years of experience as an administrator within the education sector or access settings requiring excellent IT digital skills strong written verbal communication skills data management experience financial understanding CRM knowledge; if available Garda Vetting apply Full driving license required Candidates must demonstrate high levels of organizational planning time management while ensuring the day-to-day operation of CAN.
