In this highly visible role, you won't be starting from scratch-you will be handed an established commercial book of business to manage, develop, and grow.
Working in a dynamic, high-performing team setting, you will partner directly with senior Account Directors on complex corporate accounts, gaining incredible exposure and career-building experience.
What You Will Do: Own the Lifecycle: Take charge of client insurance requirements, including securing renewals, processing mid-year alterations, and managing claims.
Partner with Leadership: Provide crucial account support and work closely with designated Account Directors on high-value corporate clients.
Build Relationships: Establish deep trust with customers and insurers, anticipate their needs, and exceed service standards.
Drive Growth: Achieve targeted upsell and cross-sell goals while managing an established portfolio.
Maintain Excellence: Ensure all compliance, management audit requirements, and aged debt collections are handled efficiently and accurately.
What You Bring to the Table: Qualifications: You hold a minimum of a CIP Qualification.
Technical Expertise: You demonstrate strong technical and product knowledge in the commercial insurance space.
Systems Experience: Previous experience using Open I software is highly desirable, along with proficiency in MS Office.
