We are currently recruiting aJunior EHS Advisorto support a large-scalepharmaceutical construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career EHS professional to gain hands-on experience within a highly regulated, safety-critical environment while working alongside experienced EHS and project leadership teams.The Junior EHS Advisor will play a key role in supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of health, safety, and environmental standards on site, helping to foster a strong safety-first culture across all project activities.Key Responsibilities:Support the EHS Manager and EHS Advisors with site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company management systemsAssist in the preparation, review, and updating of risk assessments and method statementsDeliver toolbox talks and basic HSE training sessions to site personnel and subcontractors under supervisionAssist with incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, contributing to corrective and preventative actionsMonitor the correct use of PPE, safety signage, and emergency procedures on siteSupport the implementation and maintenance of site-specific Construction Health & Safety PlansMaintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation, including GA certifications, statutory inspections, permits, incident logs, audit reports, and subcontractor documentationPromote environmental initiatives on site, including waste management and spill prevention controlsProvide support during regulatory and client inspectionsCommunicate effectively with site teams to promote awareness of EHS best practices and compliance expectationsKey Competencies:Basic understanding of EHS legislation, risk assessment, and hazard identificationStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage site teams and stakeholdersTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to take direction while showing initiativeHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the roleBasic knowledge of environmental management and sustainability practicesQualifications & Experience:Minimum Level 6 qualification in Health & Safety or a related discipline (or equivalent)Previous experience in an EHS role, ideally within construction or regulated environments (internships or entry-level roles considered)Familiarity with EHS management systems and basic compliance audits is advantageousAwareness of construction safety regulations and environmental legislationStrong interest in developing skills in incident investigation, safety training, and environmental managementCommitment to continuous professional development, including further third-level studiesIf you are looking for a new and refreshing role or have any questions about the position, then give me a call, drop me a message, or apply directly below and get ahead of the crowd I look forward to hearing from you.For a confidential discussion about this role, or to apply, send your CV to or call me, Corey Buckley, Recruitment Consultant – Head of Life Sciences – US/Europe, at Please feel free to visit my LinkedIn profile to see my references/recommendations
