Cost Leadership Role
This senior position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver precise cost information, implement effective cost control strategies, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee financial accounting activities, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost variance analysis.
* Cost Management: Analyse production costs, overheads, and key cost drivers. Provide insights on cost trends, product profitability, and operational performance.
* Process Efficiency: Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimisation, and improved data accuracy.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree: In Accounting or Finance.
* Professional Qualification: (ACA/CPA, CIMA, ACCA).
* Experience: 5+ years in cost accounting or financial analysis, preferably in a GMP manufacturing or production environment.
