Cpl HR Recruitment are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive full‑cycle recruitment and help shape a strong talent pipeline across multiple business areas for a high growth organisation. This is a fast‑paced hands‑on role, ideal for a proactive recruiter who enjoys partnering with managers and delivering great hiring experiences. This will be a daily rate contract position, which is fully remote with occasional travel to Dublin
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate the advertising and approval process for new resources with HR Governance and Strategic Resource teams
Manage candidate communications, pre-screening, interview scheduling, and the end‑to‑end recruitment process for both internal and external hires
Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and provide regular reports to management and HR
Support Early Talent and graduate recruiting activities, including representing the company at careers events
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with GDPR and data clearance requests
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, keeping up to date with recruitment trends and employment legislation
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment functions
Strong ability to meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent planning and organisational abilities
Flexible team player with experience
