Sous Chef Role
Key Responsibilities include managing day-to-day kitchen operations and overseeing staff performance to ensure exceptional customer service. Key Qualifications are leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire a team, experience in fast-paced culinary environments.
* Provide guidance on compliance with food safety and health & safety legislation.
* Coordinate all operational standards, including cleanliness, organization, administration, and security.
* Oversee stock levels, prepare and present staffing/sales reports, and assess profitability.
* Liaise with suppliers, employees, customers, and regulatory authorities.
Job Requirements:
* Previous experience working as part of a quality-driven culinary team at Sous Chef level.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
