Quantity Surveyor Role
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dublin. This permanent position involves working on a variety of retail, commercial, educational, and residential developments using CostX Software.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare estimates and cost plans for diverse projects.
* Develop standard documentation, including reports, valuations, letters, and financial reports.
* Analyze tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement.
* Conduct valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations.
* Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims.
* Draft and agree final accounts.
* Perform other duties as may reasonably be required for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Post-graduate experience in a professional consultancy (1+ year).
* Chartered (desired).
* Pre and post-contract experience.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* BSc essential in a construction-related discipline.
