RESPONSABILITIES
* Development and review of strategic plans aimed at increasing sales to the end consumer across all channels (online and offline).
* Definition and implementation of promotions, discounts, brand activations, and marketing actions focused on boosting sell-out.
* Evaluation of sales performance, consumer behavior, and product performance through the company's different channels.
* Identification of optimization opportunities and consumption trends to guide commercial decisions.
* Weekly monitoring of prices and activation of pricing strategies aligned with brand campaigns.
* Profitability analysis of the portfolio by channel, including margins, extra margin, and liquidation policies.
* Review and validation of commercial proposals.
* Updating and management of price rates: listings by channel, country/market, both at retail price level and net sales price (acquisition price).
* Cross-functional alignment of the sell-out strategy across all sales channels.
* Continuous evaluation of product turnover and the effectiveness of implemented pricing strategies.
* Administration of the budget allocated to promotional actions and sell-out support in collaboration with the Marketing team.
* Monitoring and analysis of the marketing budget performance by subfamily and product.
* Follow-up, analysis, and management of joint business plans with sector partners.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
* Degree in Economics, Business Management or similar.
* Use of data management tools: Excel, Power BI, etc.
* Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
* Knowledge of pricing strategies and commercial implementation.
* Experience in commercial teams.
* Financial concepts: P&L, KPIs, MKT investment budgets, etc.
* Native or very advanced level of English essential
* Fluent Spanish desirable
