SEI is seeking to hire an Asset Static Data Analyst to maintain and grow a healthy relationship between SEI and its platform providers, enabling the client to achieve their business goals for the services provided by SEI.
What you will do:
1. Have regular meetings with our platform providers to discuss concerns, issues, or improvements.
2. Support negotiations for new fund agreements and amendments, liaising with Legal as per SEI’s Policy.
3. Liaise with fund custodians and data vendors to provide information for internal stakeholders and firms.
4. Support asset setup, price amendments, and queries with the Static Data Offshore team.
5. Work on process enhancements to offshore operations.
6. Respond promptly to client and internal queries.
7. Log and process instructions related to asset setup, using data from vendors and custodians.
8. Verify data by obtaining Prospectus when necessary.
9. Ensure accurate weekly setup of manual dealing calendars.
10. Maintain asset dividend policies and custody transfers.
11. Resolve Agency Code issues with platform providers.
12. Link assets correctly to custody accounts on the SEI Platform.
13. Monitor fund changes like Corporate Actions, mergers, closures, and AMC changes.
14. Assist with KPI and KRI metrics for the team.
15. Communicate directly with firms on asset setup matters.
16. Support asset conversion processes, ensuring smooth execution.
17. Investigate and resolve exceptions from conversions or reconciliation.
18. Collaborate with Platform Delivery and Support teams to address data issues.
19. Participate in ad hoc projects.
20. Monitor tax wrapper account feeds and escalate issues promptly.
21. Maintain and review static asset data from vendors.
22. Identify, assess, and control risks, escalating incidents and completing risk management training.
