This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and enthusiastic individual to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities and dual diagnosis. As a Senior Instructor, you will be responsible for leading teams of staff in developing and implementing person-centered planning frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead teams of staff in the development and implementation of person-centered planning frameworks;
* Work with individuals who may display behaviors of concern;
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies involved in supporting people attending our services;
* SUPERVISE AND CAPABILTY TO MANAGE STAFF AND PEOPLE SUPPORTED BY THE SERVICES;
