The Role
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you will manage Environmental, Health & Safety systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001), ensure compliance with regulations, assist in developing EHS policies, investigate incidents, and provide technical support across all sites. Laboratory work, waste management, and reporting to regulatory bodies (HSA, EPA) are key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and audit EHS and Energy Management Systems
* Lead IPC compliance reporting and emergency response procedures
* Assist in EHS policy development and monthly H&S reporting
* Investigate incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions
* Liaise with regulatory agencies and support laboratory process controls
* Assist in the Group's Decarbonisation Strategy
Skills & Experience
* Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Health & Safety, or related field
* 3+ years relevant experience
* Experience with regulatory authorities (EPA/HSA)
* Problem-solving skills and team collaboration
* Full clean driving licence
