As a Service Technician, you will report to our Sales and Operations Director and have the opportunity to grow within Premier Tech Water & Environment, a leader in environmental technologies for wastewater treatment. Responsibilities include:
1. Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on sewage treatment and drainage equipment; troubleshoot issues with pumps, motors, electrical systems, and controls.
2. Installation and Upgrades: Install new sewage treatment components; upgrade or replace outdated systems for efficiency and compliance.
3. Compliance and Safety: Ensure equipment meets environmental and safety regulations.
4. Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, address concerns, and provide solutions.
5. Communication: Collaborate with team members, communicate with clients or authorities, and provide clear reports.
6. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment specifications.
7. Safety Protocols: Follow safety guidelines to ensure personal safety and prevent hazards.
8. Problem Solving and Technical Skills: Use analytical skills and specialized tools/software to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
9. Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on relevant sewage system regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess transferable skills, a full, clean driving license, the ability to work under pressure, and maintain high standards.
