Your new role
They are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team.
Your responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
* Create and post job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
* Source candidates using tools like LinkedIn, CV databases, referrals, and networking events.
* Screen CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates.
* Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
* Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely updates and feedback.
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
* Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Support employer branding initiatives, including social media content and careers events.
* Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
What you'll need to succeed
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, recruitment in the construction industry is desirable but not required.
