•Family-focused practice and mental health services – involving families and careers in the delivery of care for the service user •Clinical case management – responsibility for coordinating care for a caseload of service users, organizing home visits, supporting families and careers on management strategies, psychoeducation and liaising with respite or day services and inpatient Mental health staff, as required.
To provide liaison in respect of interagency work.
