Job Title: Early Years Manager
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our Early Years team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality play-based curriculum, guiding and supervising children, and fostering a culture of reflective practice and continuous development.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a positive role model and implement a high-quality play-based curriculum under national quality frameworks.
* Provide oversight to standards and work within policy framework and legislation.
* Manage and develop the service appropriate to the needs of the community and ensure quality and sustainability.
* Contribute to the development of models, strategies, practices, and procedures of early childhood education and care.
Person Specification/Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership qualities, and a professional and enthusiastic disposition. A third-level qualification in Early Care and Education is essential, along with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a management role.
