Walfrid Private is a Wealth Management firm based in Ballymount in Dublin 12. We assist Irish Company Directors, Business Owners and Entrepreneurs to reduce costs, reduce taxes and improve both business and personal financial performance.
Walfrid Private implement strategic plans with their clients to ensure they achieve financial independence sooner than they ever imagined possible by structuring long term bespoke financial cashflows. We work with clients nationwide, to ensure Wealth Development through multi-channel cashflows that are structured tax efficiently.
About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious, driven and innovative digital marketer to take control of our marketing and social media content. The goal is to build a high-volume, high-quality content engine that scales our brand reach and engagement across all our platforms, making us the most visible wealth management brokerage in Ireland. We're looking for someone to take our CEO's ideas and make them a reality while also contributing their own content and lead generating ideas.
You will occasionally be required to attend conferences/events or record content on locations not in our offices so your own transport will be required.
Responsibilities
 * Design and build a content strategy tailored to Walfrid Private.
 * Take responsibility for the recording and editing of all content.
 * Plan content calendars for each campaign to ensure timely posting across multiple platforms.
 * Repurpose long-form content into shorter clips for use on appropriate platforms.
 * Ensure all content is suitable for it's various platforms Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc).
 * Track engagement, follower growth, and leads from all platforms.
 * Provide regular reports and updates regarding performance metrics to management team.
 * Create partnerships with relevant parties for cross-promotional opportunities.
 * Occasionally attend events and conferences relevant to Walfrid Private to capture content.
Skills & Experience
 * Proven success growing social media audiences and knowledge of content frameworks.
 * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable but not essential if candidate has relevant professional experience.
 * Strong editing skills.
 * Familiarity with content scheduling and paid ad production.
 * Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) and tools (e.g.,Canva, Adobe).
 * Full driving licence and own transport required.
