Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in Enfield.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the management team in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
2. Supervise and support baristas in preparing and serving coffee beverages.
3. Motivate the team by challenging staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
4. Ensure that the store operates in line with standards, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Prior experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
* A can-do attitude with strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers.
* Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
