The electrician plays a crucial part in maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
* Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical and lighting systems, guaranteeing safety and efficiency.
* Perform new installations of equipment, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
* Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems, minimizing downtime and costs.
* Completion of a formal apprenticeship as an Electrician, demonstrating expertise and knowledge.
* Meet the physical demands of the role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads, emphasizing health and wellness.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
* Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems, showcasing analytical skills.
