 
        
        Head Chef – Luxury Dublin Restaurant Group
Teamworx are seeking an accomplished Head Chef on behalf of our client, a high-end restaurant group in Dublin.
You'll drive creativity, ensuring consistency, manage operations, and inspire a brigade of chefs to deliver impeccable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Culinary Leadership & Menu Development
Create and refresh menus that reflect seasonal, local, and international trends.
Collaborate with senior management on culinary vision and branding.
Guarantee the quality, presentation, and consistency of every dish leaving the kitchen.
Operational Management & Budget Control
Oversee procurement, stock rotation, food cost control, and menu engineering to meet GP targets.
Manage rosters, labour budgets, and multi-site operations if applicable.
Drive systems for waste reduction, food safety (HACCP, HSE), hygiene, and compliance.
Recruit, mentor, train, and appraise chefs and kitchen staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Promote professionalism, positive engagement, and work-life balance for your team.
Organize ongoing training sessions and performance reviews.
Standards & Compliance
Maintain top-tier food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and adherence to local regulations.
Ensure all statutory requirements (fire, H&S, licensing) are met and communicated.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven track record as a Head Chef in high-volume luxury kitchens (5-star hotels, Michelin-starred, or upscale restaurant groups).
Culinary degree or professional qualification with deep understanding of food safety systems.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to deliver and inspire under pressure and maintain composure during busy service.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and across multiple sites if required.
