Job Summary:
We Are Seeking a Skilled Accounts Assistant
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments, and performing daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Managing accounts payable and receivable, including accurate data entry of invoices, and processing payments to suppliers and clients.
* Performing daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations and reconciling various ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
* Processing employee expense claims and ensuring they comply with company policies.
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Administrative Support:
* Maintaining organised and accurate financial records, filing documents, and assisting with general administrative tasks for the finance department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A strong grasp of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Audit & Taxation, and Technical Skills.
* A commitment to professional growth and a solid foundation in core accounting principles, preferably through an ACCA qualification.
