This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to progress to Partner level within 1-2 years. The successful candidate will lead a small, close-knit team and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering a full suite of accounting, audit, and tax services. This role is ideally suited to an experienced Manager who thrives in a client-facing environment and is motivated by long-term career progression. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors Prepare working papers and financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and internal procedures Lead and conduct audits across a broad client base, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and best practices Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns Identify issues arising during engagements and propose practical, effective solutions Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships Deliver high-quality work in a timely, efficient, and professional manner Review team members' work, providing coaching, training, and guidance Candidate Requirements Qualified Accountant with experience working in an Irish accounting practice Strong technical knowledge of current accounting and auditing standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and confidently to clients Proactive and self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Previous experience in a management or team lead role
