Preferred qualifications:

* Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is not required.
* Strong understanding of Google's competitive landscape and how to position solutions against competitors.
* Ability to assess and solve client needs using sales techniques such as questioning, objection handling, and closing.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, influencing, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to build strong, lasting customer relationships with a strategic and analytical sales approach.
* Well-organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously.

Businesses partnering with Google vary widely, and no single Google advertising solution fits all. Your knowledge of online media, combined with your communication and analytical skills, will influence how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you will provide Google-caliber client service, conduct research, and analyze markets. You will anticipate decision-making processes, explore and uncover business needs of Google's key clients, and understand how our product range can help grow their business. Working with clients, you will set visions and strategies for their advertising to reach thousands of users.

Responsibilities

* Partner with BeNeLux clients to achieve mutually beneficial goals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities that promote growth and increase Google investment.
* Understand clients’ business drivers and provide strategic advice to support growth.
* Utilize data and insights, especially in ecommerce, to educate clients and identify new growth opportunities across markets and categories.
* Manage a complex portfolio by understanding growth drivers, capturing opportunities, and managing risks.
* Develop Google solutions within broader marketing strategies. Advocate for clients internally and ensure resource allocation to critical opportunities.
