We re looking for an experienced ERP Change Manager to play a key role in a large-scale D365 F O implementation programme.
Key Responsibilities Own and deliver the end-to-end change management strategy for the D365 F O programme Conduct change impact assessments across business units and functions Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans Partner with functional and project teams to ensure business readiness at each phase Support the design and delivery of training and adoption activities Identify change risks and resistance, and implement mitigation strategies Track and report on change adoption metrics and user readiness ? What We re Looking For Proven experience as a Change Manager on large ERP implementations (D365 preferred, SAP/Oracle also considered) Strong understanding of business process change across Finance and/or Operations Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and business leaders Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, or similar) Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Location Working Model This is a hybrid role, with 2 3 days per week onsite in either Limerick or Dublin (depending on your location), and the remainder remote.
