We are We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Senior Sous Chef
to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in
5-star hotels or luxury fine-dining establishments
and demonstrate exceptional leadership, creativity, and attention to detail.

The main duties and responsibilities include:

* Assist the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations
* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, 5-star standard cuisine
* Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff
* Maintain strict food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
* Support menu development and innovation
* Manage inventory, cost control, and ordering
* Ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations

Requirements:

* Minimum 5-8 years of professional kitchen experience
* At least 3-5 years in a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef role
* 5-star hotel or luxury fine-dining experience is essential
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
