About Your New Job
As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality and food safety activities across the site.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading HACCP/TACCP activities and supporting BRCGS/customer audits
Ensuring GMP, SOP, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained across production
Conducting internal audits, monitoring compliance trends, and implementing corrective actions
Managing quality documentation, traceability exercises, and production checks
Supporting and mentoring teams to drive a strong food safety culture throughout the business
What Skills You Need
Previous experience within Quality or Technical Management in food manufacturing
Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, GMP, and food safety systems
Experience leading audits and managing corrective actions
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
