Building Operations Specialist
This role involves maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
* Maintenance of mechanical, electrical, building systems is performed on an ongoing basis along with repairs.
* Routine maintenance inspections are conducted by the candidate to diagnose potential problems which are then made good.
A trade qualification is essential as well as 1-2 years of related experience. Good communication skills are required for exchanging straightforward information. Physical demands include standing for long periods while performing tasks that require lifting heavy loads (50 lbs or more). The candidate must also be able to climb stairs/ladders when necessary.
Candidate should possess a strong organizational skillset along with an inquisitive mindset.
