Project Manager Role Overview
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and commercial success while prioritizing safety.
* Promote and maintain high standards of Health, Safety, and Quality on site.
* Develop and execute project plans that align with organizational goals.
* Ensure projects are managed in accordance with established programmes, adhering to budgetary constraints.
* Foster effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Manage Direct labour and Plant resources efficiently.
* Oversee Sub Contractors to guarantee quality workmanship.
* Effectively manage Materials throughout the project lifecycle.
* Analyze and mitigate commercial risks within the project.
* Identify and implement change control processes, ensuring seamless project progression.
* Collaborate in compiling as-built drawings/sketches and safety files.
Key Requirements
A minimum of 8 years' experience in Project Management within the Civil or Mechanical Engineering sectors.
Demonstrable knowledge of Public Works contracts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong commercial acumen, IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Project.
