Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect based in Dublin 8. The Project Architect will oversee the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and environmental standards. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with project teams, preparing design documentation, and contributing to sustainable architectural solutions. The role involves active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and fostering client engagement throughout design and construction phases.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Architecture and Project Management to lead design development and oversee project execution effectively
* Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and preparing detailed design and submittal documentation
* Understanding of Energy and Environmental Design principles and sustainable design practices
* Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate stakeholders and manage project milestones
* Proven experience in architectural project delivery with a focus on high-quality spatial and environmental outcomes
* Professional degree in Architecture, with licensure or equivalent qualification preferred
* Experience working on environmentally-focused or sustainability-driven architectural projects is a plus
* BIM through Archicad a strong benefit
