Role Overview
As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to implement, customize, and optimize ERP solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for client interaction and technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand client requirements and design tailored ERP solutions.
* Configure and deploy ERP modules across versions.
* Provide training and functional support to end-users.
* Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
* Ensure timely delivery and quality of ERP projects.
* Conduct UAT and assist in go-live activities.
* Document processes and maintain functional specifications.
Requirements
* Experience: 5+ years as an ERP Functional Consultant.(odoo preffered)
* Strong understanding of ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HRMS).
* Excellent knowledge of business processes across industries.
* Strong communication and client-facing skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL is a plus.
