Strategic Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the strategic and day-to-day management of multiple service locations.
* Lead and oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of services across multiple locations
* Support business planning, service development, and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Champion a person-centred approach in line with national policy frameworks
* Manage resources, referrals, and stakeholder relationships
* Drive operational excellence through innovation, governance, and team development
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, or equivalent (recognised by QQI)
* Minimum 3 years' management experience in a disability or social care environment
* Demonstrated leadership across multiple service sites and teams
* Proven experience with New Directions implementation, Person-Centred Planning (PCP), and strategic resource management
