Summary:
Meta is seeking skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead critical business transformation initiatives within our Global Scaled Compliance Operations (GSCO) team. This role will require you to manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Legal, to drive the successful execution of digital transformation projects that enhance compliance processes, scalability, efficiency, and risk mitigation.As a key member of the GSCO team, your success will be measured by experience with planning, influencing, and delivering risk-based operational strategies that are efficient, scalable, and cost-effective, while actively mitigating the risks most important to our legal partners.You will be responsible for translating complex operational challenges into clear project plans and actionable milestones, enabling timely decision-making and successful project delivery. You will work closely with GSCO operations teams and cross-functional partners, including executives and members of the legal team, playing a critical role in driving business transformation and improving compliance operations through effective project leadership.

Technical Transformation Manager, Global Scaled Compliance Responsibilities:
1. Create and execute a comprehensive digital transformation program strategy with clear objectives and quantifiable metrics
2. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation projects within compliance operations
3. Ensure alignment with business goals, operational experience, and risk management strategies, including hands-on execution of system configurations and automation where necessary
4. Partner closely with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, program managers, business leaders, and executive leadership to drive critical initiatives and project success
5. Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions
6. Prepare and present project updates, risks, and outcomes to executive management and key stakeholders
7. Lead change management to ensure a seamless transition to new digital processes
8. Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks throughout the digital transformation journey
9. Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and lead initiatives to implement improvements
10. Drive adoption of new processes and tools through effective change management
11. Develop and govern key performance indicators, reporting solutions and manage projects including program documentation
Minimum Qualifications:

1. PMP certification or equivalent experience
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications) or equivalent work experience
3. 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields
4. Executive Level communication and presentation skills
5. Experience working collaboratively across global teams and managing multiple priorities
