What You’ll Do:
* Monitor and analyze security alerts to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
* Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
* Contribute to incident response efforts, including investigation and documentation.
* Utilize industry-standard security tools and software for threat detection and prevention.
* Collaborate with IT and development teams to enhance security measures and implement secure coding practices.
* Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives and training within the organization.
* Integrate security best practices into all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and manage security automation tools within the CI/CD pipeline.
* Assist in managing user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with IAM policies and procedures.
Basic Requirements:
* A graduate with a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Above all:curiosity,drive, and a passion for learning
Preferred requirements
* Any prior experience in Vulnerability Management tools (Cyberarc EPM, Rapid 7, Hadrion) or experience with Linux advantageous.
* Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
