IT Project Manager – Cyber Security
We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support a portfolio of projects, with a particular focus on Cyber Security. Working in a large IT function that supports a wide user base across multiple sites. The role requires someone with strong project management skills, proven experience in IT delivery, and the ability to work with both internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple IT projects, with a strong emphasis on Cyber Security.
* Deliver projects in line with PMO standards, policies, and procedures.
* Define and oversee project goals, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
* Coordinate resources across internal teams and third-party vendors.
* Track progress, maintain RAID logs, and provide clear reporting.
* Identify and manage risks, escalating when needed.
* Ensure compliance with Change Management and Quality standards.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
* Run project meetings, stand‑ups, and reviews.
* Support process improvements within the PMO function.
Skills & Experience
* Degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
* PRINCE2 certification essential; Agile experience an advantage.
* At least 3 years’ experience managing IT projects (Cyber Security, data, or development projects are a plus).
* Strong track record in managing budgets, schedules, and multiple workstreams.
* Comfortable working with O365 tools, especially SharePoint and Teams.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
