About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day delivery of services.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and supervision to teams while ensuring the development of the service is in line with Personal Outcomes Measures and HIQA standards and regulations.
* Assist the Team Managers, Service Coordinator and Area Manager with the management of a residential Services.
* Facilitate communication, professional leadership and ensure a good quality of life for the people we support.
* Manage the day-to-day running of the service and provide leadership and vision in the development of the service in line with HIQA Standards and Regulation, Personal Outcomes Measures and future service developments.

Requirements:
* Candidates must have a professional qualification relevant to the Health or Social Care sectors.
* Previous experience of effectively managing a staff team and demonstrate a proven ability to pro-actively lead, motivate, empower and achieve results through people.
* A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience gained in services for people with intellectual disabilities.
* Experience of working with individuals who may exhibit behaviours of concern.
* A full clean manual Driving Licence, which qualifies you to drive manual transmission vehicles on Irish Roads and use of your own car is an essential requirement.
