Job Title: Installation Technician

About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Installation Technician to join our client, a global leader in the semiconductor industry. This is a 12-month contract to support the maintenance and repair at their site in Blanchardstown, Dublin.
We are looking to speak with:
1. Technically minded individuals with a great attitude to learning, OR
2. Individuals with Level 6 in Mechanical / Motor Maintenance, 6 Advanced Certificate Craft – Electrical, and those who have a qualification in Aircraft Mechanics, OR
3. Graduates with a Level 7 or Level 8 of Engineering Disciplines in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, OR
4. Experienced hires – those coming from an installation/ commissioning / mechanical/ repair background with 2-3 years of experience
Key Requirements:
5. 2nd/3rd level education, preferably in a mechanical/technical field
6. Minimum of 1 year's experience in a manufacturing / technical role
7. Ability to work with hand and power tools
8. Ability to read drawings, schematics, and published specifications
9. Willingness to work dayshifts 6 am - 2 pm & 2 pm - 10 pm alternating weekly, Mon- Fri
10. Must be a flexible, detail-oriented person who can work as part of a team
