Arcadis Project Manager
Arcadis is seeking a Project Manager for an assignment located in Kinsale, Cork. This is initially a 12‑month contract with potential for long‑term work. Option of PAYE or LTD.
Responsibilities
Manage projects from concept through to handover, covering initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure
Generate project scopes, estimates, schedules, and other key deliverables
Lead weekly project coordination meetings
Coordinate activities of engineering and design groups within the project team
Identify and engage specialist services as required
Direct preparation of project controls data, including schedules, budgets, and resourcing plans for all project phases
Review progress and forecasts to support corrective action and decision‑making
Liaise with clients and attend project meetings in a site‑based role
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process Engineering
Minimum 10 years of design experience, with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sector
Strong ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous project management or engineering experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
